At Nayeve Shipping, we value speed, safety, and clear communication. Please read and follow our policy to keep your deliveries smooth and stress-free.

1. When Your Package Arrives

Once your package reaches our overseas warehouse, we ship it to our warehouse in Jamaica. As soon as it arrives, we send you an update.

2. Pickup Window

You have 5 business days from the date of our notification to collect your package.

3. Storage Fee

If your package is not collected within the 5-day grace period, a daily storage fee will apply until pickup. This helps us manage space and keep service running smoothly.

4. Your Responsibility

We kindly ask that you arrange timely pickup. Delays on your end will still result in storage fees being charged.

5. Agreement

By shipping with Nayeve Shipping, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our service efficient for all customers.
